To access the list of matches, go to the “My jobs” tab, click on the job in question and then on “Potential candidates”. You will then see the “Matched profiles” proposal and can access your list of matches. Matched candidates are sorted from the candidate with the highest matching score to the one with the lowest. By hovering your mouse over a candidate, you will see his or her matching score. The matching score is a percentage. The closer the score is to 100, the more the candidate matches the criteria defined in your offer.
