Description du poste :

Activities:  

·      Capture business requirements & business development drivers / objectives

·      Analyze and propose solutions for each transition step, leveraging on IT Thales experts

·      Establish ROM estimate for each major transformation step

·      Formalize all the output in a JV creation blueprint that will be released every month until the end of the mission

Description du profil recherché :

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum of 8-12+ years of experience or a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with 6+ years of experience 

· At least 7 years’ experience in Solution Architecture and Development (Workflow, Data Architecture, System and Cloud Architecture) 

· Demonstrated knowledge of applications, infrastructure, networking and security technologies  

· Demonstrated technical knowledge of design and development methodologies 

· Track record of being part of delivering value using Enterprise Architecture methodologies 

· Track record of communicating and influencing the customers and stakeholders 

· Track record of understanding company’s business and be able to tie back IT services to business needs 

· Leadership skills to independently take initiative and to innovate as part of a team

· Proven knowledge and experience for advisory at CxO level

· Strategic advisory skills

Preferred Qualifications 

· Knowledge and experience with aerospace, defense or transportation engineering industry is an asset 

· Experience with delivering solutions utilizing SaaS, Paas and IaaS technologies  

· Experience with digital transformation initiatives  

· TOGAF and ArchiMate Certification

· Demonstrated experience on IT M&A activities
