Description du poste :

As such, we are looking for a PEMFC Industrialization and Production Line Leader. This leader will have the following missions:

• Define conditions for product industrialization (new and/or modified) and operation of new equipment,
• Develop operating procedures for each production phase (raw materials, machines, ranges, quality controls),
• Calculate the technical cost price and expected performance,
• Carry out tests and trials, processing the results and determining the adjustments to the product, the material, and the process,
• Develop and review the documentation of production and control procedures,
• Accompany and train of production teams for the transition to mass production,
• Coordinate with R&D prior to industrialization. He/she will oversee challenging/interacting with the Fuel Cell Design Office to optimize the product in accordance with industrialization constraints.

Description du profil recherché :

You have a general engineering degree in industrial or process engineering.

You have at least 10 years of successful experience in the industrialization of products in industrial sectors (aeronautics, automotive, etc.).

Your experience makes you versatile: you can analyze a production process and design operating procedures, price projects, and draw up technical files (plans, etc.). You can also analyze and respond to specifications, design solutions and technical developments, analyze and interpret the results of tests and trials, and use production line sizing tools.

You enjoy working in a team in a technological but also hands-on environment and you are recognized for your ability to federate and create a group dynamic. Methodical and organized, you have strong synthesis and writing skills.

You have the work ethic and the ability to get out of your comfort zone, in line with the company’s DNA.

Your English is fluent.
